The Hemlock Painting Story began in 2002 when founder Elliot Boulin worked as an apprentice for a second-generation master home painter from Spain. He did not only teach Elliot the tools of the trade, but he also instilled old-world values in him: to pay meticulous attention to detail and take pride in your work.
This is exactly what Elliot did. After receiving his Red Seal certification, Elliot established Hemlock Painting – right in the heart of Vancouver, on Hemlock street.
