Kitra was started by Vancouver entrepreneur Anthony Pavlakovic because no one in North America was refinishing kitchen cabinetry and other millwork to a factory-grade level. Everything that was being done was unfortunately of low-quality, highly temporary and would rarely ever meet the demands of interior designers, architects and licensed general contractors. Kitra wanted to change this.
